I
receive
lots of questions from my customers. Here are just a few of the FAQ's I
receive and hope it answers your questions you may have. If you
don't find the answers you are looking for please contact me for more
information.
- Do I need to
be home for you to clean my windows?
- No. You will need to be
present to let
me in the home and finalize the final estimate, but once we are
finished discussing the details you are free to spend your day doing
what you enjoy. After all...isn't that why you hired me to wash your
windows?
- Many of my repeat
customers just
leave us a key and I am always careful to lock up when
finished.
- How much does
it cost to clean my windows?
- Prices vary from home to
home. A
typical home having 30 window panes will be in the $100 range.
Of
course, more windows will be more and less will be less...
- I also do storm window
removal,
offices and restaurants, skylights, mirrors, etc... give me a call for
a free estimate.
- Can I contact
other customers for a reference?
- Absolutely. Since most of
my business
comes from referrals you are more than welcome to receive a list of
names from me to contact for a reference.
- I have lots
of nice furnishings, do I need to move them?
- No. I will work around
your homes
furnishings and other items of value. I am extremely careful to cover
floors and furniture when needed and move items that need to be moved.
If you have a bunch of items on the window sills or some item that is
not replaceable...I ask that you
move them.
- Does your company perform
any other
services?
- In addition to The Best
Professional
Window Cleaning in Town, I also clean gutters, powerwash roofs, houses
and driveways, repair and replace window screens, and I offer
construction clean up.
- Can I pay with a credit card?
- Yes. I receive credit card
payments
and process them through PayPal for your convenience.
- Are you registered with the
contractors
builders board (CCB)?
- No. Window cleaning and
construction
cleanup services are not regulated by the CCB and do not require us to
be registered. For any other related work that may need a licensed
contractor I can refer one to you. For more information you can
contact the Oregon CCB at: http://www.ccb.state.or.us/
